Honey Chocolate Caramel Cookies


1cup butter (soften)

cup honey

cup sugar

1-teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

2 cups self-raising flour

1 cup chocolate caramel swirls chips


In a large mixing bowl mix butter, honey, sugar and vanilla together and whip until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time mixing well. Then slowly add the self-raising flour ( cup at a time) and mix well between each addition.


Add the chocolate caramel swirls chips to the mixture folding gently (use hands).


Drop by teaspoon on to a grease cookie sheet (2 inches apart). Bake at 350 degrees for 11- 13 minutes.


Cool on the cookie sheet for several minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool.
